 Cristina DaCosta is originally from Portugal and in 2014 she left her country, her extensive career as a senior executive in the banking industry, her coaching practice developing leaders and promoting change for sustainable profit and growth and came to the US for a new beginning. 

  Opportunities are out there and, in the US, if you are willing to work and try leaving your comfort zone, unexpected possibilities show up as you move ahead, and that was exactly her choice. Today I continue doing what she is passionate about, developing leaders and supporting them to become the best version of themselves in life and in business. She works mostly with international (most European) leaders and executives in Atlanta and in Europe (technology makes this possible). she  also writes articles based on the results of an Action Research I did on European businesses expanding to the US. Additionally, I am working in a US based company with multicultural teams located in different geographies, supporting them communicate better to increase productivity and collaboration - so important in this global business world we live in.  

 

 - My move from Europe to the US and re-starting a career in a this country - the challenge of building my personal brand.  

 

 - My Action Research on how European Businesses are being successful in the US from the greater Atlanta region as a way to meet people in my field and understand the impact of doing business in a different culture
